Okay, here the scoop on the Ab Circle Pro. I got this about 3 months ago and to be frank, it works! My wife started using it when she saw how simple it was to use. Now, she uses it more them me, lol. At any rate it does what it was designed to do and that is TARGET YOUR MID SECTION, NOT TO MAKE YOU EAT RIGHT OR TO USE IT! I read so many reviews on how these machines do not work. The truth behind it is, you have to learn how to eat before anything will work. Bottom line, you can’t loose weight if you are eating wrong. The true mystery is, what can you eat that will allow weight lose? But that is for another post. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The infomercial is a joke! It was designed to get you hyped up to buy the machine! If you are a person that can’t even muster up enough to do sit ups, then this may not be for you! Lazy people, will not use this machine and if you are lazy, which 70% of this country is, then DO NOT buy it cause it will definitely be a waste of money. On the other hand, if you are a person that is able to get our of the bed and do some work on your body, then give this a try. As long as you understand what this machine can and can not do!

It will get your ab burning after a few seconds of use. Trust me, you do NOT want to do this too much the first day. I did it and paid for it for about a week. My abs was a wreck. You heard of just rolled out of bed? that was my life for 5 days! My abs was so sore, but It worked.
